Watson Arts Centre is an ACT Government facility managed by Canberra Potters' Society Inc. CPS is supported by the ACT Government

Watson Arts Centre is located at 1 Aspinall Street, Watson, ACT. Housed at the Centre are:

  • the workshops of Canberra Potters' Society Inc.

  • the CPS shop, Potters Place - creations in clay , stocking a large range of locally made pottery along with clay, tools and other paraphernalia required by potters

  • a spacious gallery presenting continuously changing exhibitions in various media

  • studios

Our Treasures (6th - 30th July 2006) was an exhibition of photographic works by 2005/2006 Year 11 and Year 12 photography students at The Canberra College. The college is a government secondary college and this exhibition, first presented in March 2006 at ‘In the House’ in Old Parliament House, was a result of a grant from the ACT Heritage Grants Program.
